This aircraft sports a welded tube frame made from 4130 chromolly alloy.
It easily fits into the Part 103 category of single seat ultra lights. I
will show you how to build this aircraft from start to finish. Over 100
Clippers have been built and Flying and have proven the test of time.

 Fireball ES Aircraft: This Aircraft Plans package has been
developed during 2003 fit under the Part 103 category of ultralight
aircraft utilizing the HKS 700 S series engine and drive but can also be
modified to accept Rotax two stroke engines and possibly 912 engines.
Designed as a single seat, a jump seat can be added to carry a second
passenger, or more fuel. The aircrafts structural integrity allows a
bigger payload capacity of a two seat but designed as a single occupant
aircraft. All tubing is designed around a 1” tubing. You will have much
fun building and bolting this one together. No welding required, except
on the exhaust system.
